Yorubas in Kaduna Pledge 2 Million Votes for Tinubu/Uba Sani 2027
Yoruba Sons, Daughters and in-laws in Kaduna State have voluntarily pledged to deliver not less than two million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani respectively in both the January 16, 2027 presidential elections and the February 6, 2027 Kaduna State Governorship elections.
The Yorubas spoke under the aegis of Coalition of Yoruba Political Groups of Nigeria (CYPAGON), Kaduna State Chapter, when its National President, Hon. Abdulhakeem Adegoke, told a Press Conference in Kaduna to celebrate the official kickoff of the presidential campaign of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2027 elections. Hon. Abdulhakeem Adegoke said the 2027 general elections will serve as a testament that the Yorubas and their in-laws are next numerically to the host communities in Kaduna State.
Hon. Abdulhakeem Adegoke commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his achievements since assumption of office as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria.
Similarly, the leader of the Coalition of Yoruba Political Groups of Nigeria, who was accompanied by his deputy, Alhaji Yussuf A. Murtala, also applauded the achievements of Senator Uba Sani of Kaduna State since 2023 and described him as the best Governor Kaduna has ever had since 1999.
Hon. Adegoke lauded the Kaduna State Governor for his past roles in supporting late M.K.O. Abiola and late Chief Gani Fawehinmi who were eminent sons of Yoruba and assured the duo of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani of total victory as 2027 draws closer.
